Please mark on your entry form that you have paid online. Entry forms must be emailed no later than April 12th, 2013, to Kimberly Crystal-Allen at [email protected].
Entries must be assembled or manufactured between April 21, 2012 and April 19, 2013. Entries are to be delivered to the Gala site the day before the event (Friday April 19th after 3pm).
